Documentation & Cad
Our systems are fully documented for your use. We supply a hard copy of the documentation "As Built" with an electronic backup of all plc and interface user programs. Our schematic drawings are done in Autocad and are jpegged as well. We assemble a operator manual, all cutsheets for the electronic hardware used to build your control panel, ladder printouts, and shematic drawings.
One of the most important tools in troubleshooting machine problems is the documentation package supplied with the machine. Downtime costs are critical to a firms bottom line and keeping the machines productive are a #1 priority for AEI.
